The old sailing ships have so much more class and character than the new ships.
Yes, when restored, as HMS Victory and HMS Warrior have been in Portsmouth Harbour/Dockyard, they make for a beautiful sight, and I trust you have a few similarly restored vessels in the United States (albeit not quite as ancient as the Mary Rose here 😉 ). By the way, you have some fascinating posts on your own blog, and I’ll be commenting on one or two of them in due course :).
